Love my Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV Great TV, I'm a Samsung mobile user and that experience has been great, so go to a Samsung Mart TV , was a no brainer... the only hiccup it has, some times apps don't download unless you unplug and reply the unit.

Samsung TV

My other one had some apps but nothing like this one and I have been very pleased at the ease of the learning g curve of using my Samsung TV. I love the vibrance of the colors. I am really enjoying my tv!

Samsung all the way buddy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I personally use my Samsung TV for when I want to binge watch my Netflix shows or movies or just to stream music videos from YouTube when I'm in the mood to have a dance party (kidding, I usually clean my house while YouTube is playing) . #mom life. I love the HD on my TV, the picture is so life like and clear and the fact that I don't need to have the volume blaring in order to hear it. It's just fantastic! I also love how simple the TV is to actually set up, literally minutes and you're done. Especially with the help of Alexa. Which is another reason I love my Samsung, the built in Alexa comes in great! I always think it's funny whenever my daughter ( shes 4 ) tries using Alexa, because she doesn't quite understand it yet but still tries anyways and Alexa doesn't know what to think. It makes for a good laugh sometimes. I also like the fact I can control the TV using my Samsung SmartThings on my phone. It makes life less stressful and easier especially when I'm not home and can monitor the screen time or when it's bedtime for the little one. Love love love my Samsung and wouldn't trade it for anything else! I recommend it to all my family and friends and no one has complained yet. So, definitely a must have.

Horrible experience! Never buy Samsung

I bought the TV few weeks back and throw it in the garbage! It failed to get connected to my wifi / hotspot and all available networks which work properly. I tried contacting Samsung I failed because they have a ridiculous Automated system. I went back to the store and bought an LG TV which I used to have before and it works perfectly. Samsung TVs are not recommended at all and this issue is repetitive with many people (I tried all the tricks you mentioned on your website, you know that there's a problem but you have never tried to resolve it) keep it up Samsung! Well done!

Great features for great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was bought when it first came out. It has worked amazingly. It runs smooth and fast and delivers an amazing 4k experience. I have been playing my PS4 on it and cannot wait to see how good the next generation of gaming looks on this!

Awesome TV, awful remote.

i love, love, live my new television, bute i hate the remote. frequently used controls are microscopic at the bottom, and it's layout places all common controls on the lower half that rests in your hand. also, i find that most remotes have a similar layout that this one is nothing like. plan to try the samsung smart things app on my phone or find a better universal remote. that being said, i still and very happy with my purchase.

Tired of seeing the troubleshooting screen.

i like the crystal uhd screen. sound from speakers are just ok. my problem with this 7 series is the with apps. i have a 6 series and i replaced an old toshiba that i had to use a fire stick to get updated apps on with this 7 series since my 6 was so reliable. evryday, after the tv is shut off, when the tv is cut back on, there is a troubleshooting screen about not being connected to my wifi. causing me or my family to do the soft reset, (hold power button down), or unplug the tv for 10 seconds, (tedious!!!). my 6 is standing the test of time & the fire stick with old tv was flawless. do i have to plug the fire stick into this 7 series, or is there a software patch that will be sent...soon!!!!

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. Great picture, good features, below average sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] picture on this TV is very good, high quality. the remote that goes with the TV is very sticky with a big delay when pressing the buttons. Smart TV features are good, can't delete all the apps you don't use which come with the TV. The sound is not great with this TV - have to keep volume very high when any background noise is present, AC unit and/or dishwasher.

Love the Crystal View of Pictures

Great picture!

The Samsung TV Plus is also a great option for free tv. The picture is outstanding even with older shows and movies. Of course new stuff is even better. Loving it so far!!
