we purchased our samsung in august and it seemed to work great! all of a sudden not two months later, the tv screen is black with a faint image. i researched all possible solutions and nothing has solved our issue. this is apparently a common issue. we turn off the tv and its working, then the next say we turn it on and it is a black screen and doing the same thing. we have audio and we can see the tv has turned on but we cant actually watch our brand new expensive tv. my old vizio from 2014 is a better working tv than this, which we still use in a seperate room. do not buy unless you are ready to pay for a brand new tv to be repaired. extremely frustrating.

When my flat screen tv (Different brand) gave me the black screen after only having it for 3 years I decided to switch brands and give Samsung a go. I am 100% happy with this purchase. The amount of apps I can use on the tv makes it so much more accessible. Even the clarity when using the apps does not feel like streaming at all, it feels like I'm watching directly from a cable box. I love that I can turn on my Xbox from the tv. The flow of the tv is even great, I enjoy my product down to the remote. I can surely say I will be staying with Samsung for future tv purchases as well and hopefully other tech products as well.

Fast smart tv apps...netflix loads faster on my Samsung CRYSTAL UHD compared to my smart phone. Very impressive. If you get a UHD Samsung make sure you upgrade to get 4k movies on your favorite movie apps you will not regret it.

I love black and white movies and I was so impressed with the picture I called my daughter for her to see. She was jealous and wants one too. The set up was extremely easy. The navigation through the on screen setup was easy too. I recommend this TV to everyone.

I bought this one last week. I just wanted a simple 4K TV to watch movies and TV series in a big screen so I went with 75". I was a bit dubious about this model being the entry level for Samsung brand but was I wrong. This TV has great picture quality. I am totally satisfied with this TV! Once again, Samsung rocks even in entry level TVs. If anyone out there looking for a good and reliable big screen TV without breaking your bank, look no further.. i had a bookshelf stereo by samsung in the 90's. very well built and sounded clean and clear. this tv is a purchase worth the price and more. excellent all around performance. take care with transport and set up. if you are not sure what i mean, do some research. i rented a moving van.

The Samsung TV Plus is also a great option for free tv. The picture is outstanding even with older shows and movies. Of course new stuff is even better. Loving it so far!!
