Most important and used apps are already downloaded when purchased. Picture quality is superb with great clarity and detail. Pair up with a Samsung soundbar and you have a theater in your home. Product will automatically pair with the soundbar if it is a Samsung brand. Best television that I have ever owned.

I play video games (Xbox) and I knew I wanted the graphics and refresh rate to be excellent. I couldn't have chosen a better TV for my budget. The games run so smooth, and not to mention the 4K HD for normal sports programming is enhanced beyond belief. I'll never own anything other than Samsung and this model is just the latest example why. Easy setup as well as a very thin and sleek design. Recommend to everyone from the casual purchaser to the most experienced as well.

I like the power saving mode feature which dims the brightness. You can use the Smart Things app on android to control the TV as well. Love the layout and ability to download more apps. Really great price for Samsung 50 inch TV. :)

overall a very nice tv. smart ui navigation is very sluggish however, and very frustrating. i'm constantly selecting incorrectly due to the ui lag time. picture clarity constantly turns itself off and samsung's only wisdom is to factory reset. did this. same problem. when it works it's golden. screen cast from phone is great. alexa integration is ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, hubby surprised me with this 58 inch crystal UHD Samsung TV and I was amazed by the trouble-free set-up and the clarity of the picture! Yes, it does live up to it's name of “crystal” clear! The unboxing was relatively easy to do, had to set the frame up first, then attach the TV to the brackets and that was it. Next up was to connect it to the wi-if and voila - 58 inches of eyegasmic pleasure! The remote was easy to use, and adding the apps on screen was effortless. I loved that Amazon prime video and Netflix had their separate buttons on the remote. Happy wife, happy life!

just the right size for a fireplace wall mount, great picture quality, easy to connect wireless and bluetooth internet and devices; but, get an extended warranty - our video board went out after only 6 months, fortunately still under product warranty

I have a separate surround sound system for the audio. Overall this has been a great TV and I'm satisfied with it for what it is - it is not a comparison with the higher end TVs, but I believe it to be a wonderful choice in its category of features, size, specs. The two minor complaintsI have are 1) the menu feels very slow in its responsiveness. I have a separate LG TV in another room and it's OS/menu is very fast and responsive. The second issue I have is that the remote itself is a bit clunky. Perhaps it's also due to the slow menus, but it makes me also dislike the remote. Again overall I'm very satisfied with the TV and would recommend it to someone looking for a great value option.

I have used this TV to watch movies, shoes, and even watch regular air antenna television and it still has a clear dynamic picture. I have used it to play video games and I get immersed in the game with a huge clear picture. I couldn't be happier with this TV and will continue to be a proud samsung member for life. the picture was fine, and the sound was acceptable. a little over a year and now the picture has dark horizontal lines along the bottom. tech support was completely unhelpful. i like samsung products, but the next tv will be another brand. extremely disappointed.

purchased to replace a 14 yr old samsung plasma. the change and quality in the picture is incredible. depending on program, there is depth to the picture, almost 3d like, and the overall quality is great, and price point is very affordable!! i highly recomend this tv
