Best Smart TV Ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that this Samsung tv has the most advanced technology, it has a tap the tv corner feature which is awesome (must have samsung smart phone)!!! You can also download an app via android or apple to navigate the tv. The picture quality is AMAZING, it really is Crystal clear!!! I have its settings as it was delivered didn't move anything, or adjust settings it has auto brightness control so it adapts to surrounding lightning which is very nice. It also comes with an app; Samsung TV plus which lets you enjoy limited Channels, its free TV. It is very easy to navigate and you can also add more apps to your liking. The control is normal size and has the apps like Netflix, prime video, and samsung tv plus so its very simple to move to them. The audio on This Samsung TV is very clear and loud. It also has the option to create/login to a Samsung account which is a Plus is u have smart appliances in your home.

Great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is mounted on the wall in my basement. The picture quality is decent for a TV so large. The sound quality is great. We mainly use it for streaming and it picks up the wifi signal great. I would like to eventually upgrade to a model with a sharper picture but this TV is awesome for the price.

this tv is ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed after I bought the TV and set it up as the sound does not seem to be that loud you have to turn up the volume to 55-60 to hear it good. The picture is ok I thought getting 120 motion would give a better picture. It is no different then the 60 motion tv's.

Very thin and elegant design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial tv had issues it did not capture channels lots of pixilation and channels did not stay in one place...I exchanged it and, this one is excellent video quality and it works great. Sound quality needs improvement...too shallow otherwise very happy with unit

Bfps

the reason for the one star review is because this thing does everything you expect the television to do in 1983 it has a picture it has volume. he does the aforementioned well. what it doesn't do at all is easily add applications such as formula one television. my nine-year-old tv added such applications easy. this brand new variant after two hours of struggling to figure out how, successfully adding applications is eluding. perhaps there is a way but i'm done trying with this thing.

Loving our TV and its extra features!

We purchased our 65" TV near the end of January. We have been pleased with the extra features such as Samsung TV, Prime TV and Tubi. Nice, crisp picture, too. A bit of a concern was that on Feb 28/23 , we turned the TV on and had a picture but no volume. We Googled it, and their suggestion to unplug and the restart fixed the issue. However, the Tubi wasn't accessible for awhile. Should we be concerned about the loss of volume? Is this a common thing? Overall we are loving it.

Great TV with a few minor draw backs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for just over three weeks so far and I really love it. It works well, the picture is clear and bright, and overall the sound is really good. There are only two times I ran into issues with the TV. First, was during the unboxing where I went to remove the protective film from the TV. There were two strips of solid plastic along the edges of the screen that when I was removing I was worried I was going to damage the screen because they were so difficult to remove. However, after extremely carefully remove the film and lightly pulling the strip I was able to remove the plastic edges of the film. The second issue comes when changing streaming applications. When I was trying to switch from Netflix to Hulu the losing page for Hulu would appear and then would suddenly revert to the Netflix streaming page. This was slightly frustrating but the next day it was resolved and I had no issues. In regards to streaming, this TV is great it has most major services so I felt no need to get a Roku device, Apple TV device, or Amazon Fire Stick like I have had to in the past. All in all this is a great TV and you won't go wrong purchasing it!

Pleasantly Surprised by this affordable tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received my 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. We decided to put it in our son's room. The price point on this tv was very affordable and I was not expecting anything fancy from this tv. Let me tell you, I was wrong! Setup was incredibly easy. Loved Samsung's easy setup app! The picture is crystal clear with vibrant colors. The sound is amazing! My son and I both were shocked by the tv sound as most tvs have subpar sound and you need to add surround sound or a sound bar. Not on this tv! The sound is great right out of the box. The remote is extremely easy to use also and includes dedicated buttons for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Samsung TV Plus. We have Samsung Galaxy phones so we are also able to use our phones as remotes, so that is also a great feature. Love the Smart TV apps on my home page. Only negative is that you cannot remove them after adding them in initial setup. If we had known that we would have not included some of them. Other than that, we absolutely love this tv and highly recommend it for a great picture, ease of use and fabulous sound.

Slow and archaic for a 2020 television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was purchased in March or April of 2020 during the easing of the lockdown. It is extremely slow in response to remote/changing any function. There are only 2 hdmi ports and no Ethernet connection. The only great plus for this set is the picture quality. Excellent, however more settings would have been nice. All in all I think I'll switch back to my 11 year old Sony if I can't exchange this one.

It's good

Had 55" 2016 Samsung & wanted bigger so got this 75". The downsides are that I can't cast YouTube from phone without Chromecast & changing source, and can't download Crave app. Also, had HDMI adapter for 3 extra ports on old TV that doesn't work with this TV. I was disappointed at first however, once I figured out how to not leave the TV on default settings & customize everything from picture to sound, it becomes the better TV.
