The very first thing we noticed is the brilliant color that brings the picture alive for us. I can't stress enough how beautiful the pictures are; people, buildings and most of all nature are beautifully vibrant Secondly, I need to use closed caption and on most TVs I have trouble with this feature. The closed captions on this TV are perfectly visible and have never interfered with the picture. The are not sometimes this color and this size or sometimes that color and size. I have actually stopped watching amok shows because of colors or sizing that are not visible against the background or are too small. Given our age and experience with electronics, we are not at all intuitive with things like the remote. However, one of our grandsons divided the lessons into two parts and after we were accustomed to using it we feel like geniuses. It is so easy to operate and we learned so quickly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the remote is easy to use with its special keys to netflix and samsung tv... the apps are great and include all what you need to watch on tv. the internet browser is the best tv browser i ever use before on other tvs. the connections between other systems and the tv are easy like from my phone to it. the picture in high definition are more better than my other tv which is 1080p only. this 4k enhance the pictue to look like 4k.

i love, love, live my new television, bute i hate the remote. frequently used controls are microscopic at the bottom, and it's layout places all common controls on the lower half that rests in your hand. also, i find that most remotes have a similar layout that this one is nothing like. plan to try the samsung smart things app on my phone or find a better universal remote. that being said, i still and very happy with my purchase.

No matter what we are doing the 4k resolution is incredible! It's slow sometimes but we use it a lot and our internet is faulty. I wish the remote was bigger and sturdier and had a full keyboard on it but other than that I love my tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always questioned the need to upgrade for better picture quality, but I cannot get over the quality with this Samsung! It looks like you can reach out and touch the people on the show! Also surprised at how easy it was to set up, and connect to wifi, streaming services and also receive the Samsung TV stations. Remote control was the easiest I have ever had to program with other devices. Very happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd flat TV purchase since 2006, and my first Samsung. I'm amazed to see the dramatic improvement in value for one's dollar, as well as the technology overall. It's making me feel old...but I digress. Let's get the bad out of the way first. The remote is cluttered and poorly organized, with too many shortcut keys for some functions and not enough for others. I've stumbled into the wrong screen more than a few times while just trying to change the channel or volume. The “smart” interface is also cluttered and pretty illogical. It could benefit from some bloat reduction and start menu type hierarchy, considering it doesn't need to do anything complicated. The “hub” is a fair attempt at this, but still suffers from indelible “sponsored” and “suggested” content. The interface also seems laggy, and I'm fairly sure it's not my Internet connection...sometimes I have to wait a second or two before a command is executed. Perhaps most puzzling is the glitch I encountered and was able to get around by reading a support forum- a new content app can't be successfully installed unless the TV has recently been disconnected from AC power so it can fully reset. Oh well, no big deal. Everything else is great- to my untrained eyes and ears, the picture and sound are great, and the price certainly was right. Just be sure to switch to “FILMMAKER MODE” unless you're fond of the frame smoothing effect that makes everything look like it was shot on home video. Cheers!

There is so much to explore with this product as it has many features. I loved the easy accessibility to a great variety of applications and Samsung TV. I was new to Samsung TV, but I enjoy flipping through all the great content. Its sleek and thin frame gives its a modern look which looks great in my living room. The remote control has a convenient Netflix button that acts a great shortcut. Let's also not forget about its voice recognition system integrated in the remote to make your TV navigation easier. I recently recommended this product to my cousin and now he owns one of his own!

Got this tv in mid December 2022 and I'm not really happy with it. I had a 65” Amazon fire tv Omni Series before this one and the fire tv beats this tv all day long. I purchased the fire tv in the summer and I was having some blurry issues with it. I thought it was the tv since it wasn't a well none tv like lg or Samsung so I purchased this Samsung tu7000. Once I got the Samsung hooked up, it was having the same issues as the fire tv so it must be shows or the internet or something. I find the picture on this new Samsung really dark. I have it set to standard but it's just really dark, and if I put it on dynamic, it's to bright and I find it glares sometime. My other Samsung tvs are way brighter on the standard mode, not sure why this tu7000 is so dark. The sound isn't as good as my other samsung tvs either, which is disappointing but it's a lot better than the fire tv. The fire tv was a lot easier to use with Alexa. I purchased the tu7000 because it said it worked with Alexa, But the remote didn't have a voice button. So I'm not exactly sure what works with Alexa means. I purchased an Amazon echo dot and tried to hook it up to the tv but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm going to call in and see if I can get some help with that. But overall, yes I'm disappointed in this tv. And I'm very disappointed if I can't get Alexa to work to change the volume, turn tv off and on, change apps, pause, rewind etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung TV probably accounts for about my 20th Samsung product I have bought in the last 20 years! I can honestly say it is now my favorite go to brand. This latest purchase of the 58" UHD 4K Smart TV has not disappointed! I was in need of a new TV since my previous set had started to get dark shading at the bottom. This TV arrived just in time- Set up was so simple that I did it myself! Easy plug and play right out of the box. The simple multi-function remote even came with batteries! The preloaded apps made it easier and less time consuming to set up- I loved the way I was prompted to allow the Smart TV set up some features automatically- the picture quality will self-adjust brightness as needed should I want it to- That is important to me since the set in in a room with varying degrees of sunlight throughout the day. The set was able to detect my cable set top box and internet connection. Entering my network password was as simple as moving the cursor to the letters and numbers needed. Connecting to my home network is an option and not necessary for the TV to function. I have been watching the TV for about a week now and I am very please with the picture quality and ease of use. The sharpness of every channel even if not broadcast in HD is amazing! It even has less glare from the window that the previous set! I would highighly reccomment this TV or any Samsung product!
