I love my new Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying I did a lot of research for the features, size and price I was looking for. The Samsung Crystal UHD TV was everything I was looking for. It works in tandem with my Samsung phone allowing me to control and cast directly to the TV by simply tapping the top of the TV with phone! The crystal clear picture is a plus! I love that it allows me to connect all of my streaming apps and explore and add other apps to increase my entertainment options. I love my new TV it has met and exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely garbage

i have a fire stick and a sound bar connected via optical cable. everything worked great for about a month. than all of i couldn't change the volume on the sound bar with the tv remote. tried everything with no luck. and now it won't recognize fire stick either i even bought a new one and it still won't work. i have never owned a tv that gave me so many issues and i have 4. stay away from this product at all costs!

When you are connecting your devices that supply 4K content to your TV, such as your Fire TV Stick, there is one very important step you need to do on your Samsung TV. You need to enable Input Signal Plus. Press the Home button on your TV remote, and then navigate to and select Settings > General. Select External Device Manager, and then select Input Signal Plus. Select the HDMI port you connected your device to, and then press Select to turn the feature On. I hope this helps. Not so user-friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the clarity of the picture on this TV and watching shows, movies, sports on it are great. The downside is the remote is too complicated meaning it is not user friendly. It has too many buttons and it takes time to locate the right button you want to press. Also, the platform itself on the TV to locate what you want to watch, (i.e. an app to stream live t.v), is not user friendly either. Again, takes time to simply go into something when it should be a quicker process.

Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, please know that you can control your TV on your Smartphone by downloading the SmartThings App. To make it easier to quickly find your favorite Apps, you can rearrange your App Menu. Go to Home>Scroll to App of choice> Long hold enter button> Move> scroll left or right until you move it to the desired location. I also recommend utilizing the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. Picture is great

picture is great but remote is garbage, lag time is not acceptable. function buttons are under the middle of tv requiring you to feel around and hope you get the right one. then when you find it it might respond. purchased yesterday taking back today!

Samsung lives up to great reputation

They are my go-to company for many things and this TV is another favorite. Simple to add to my existing samsung account and add my apps.The picture is so clear and it works with all of my programs and remotes can all be combined into this one. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for the next set!

The product works great

I like how it connects to my computer via airPlay seamlessly, and how I can turn it on/off with my phone. It means that I can settle in on the couch and turn on the screen to watch something, even if I left the remote on the other side of the room.

Amazing picture quality

I was on the fence... but. Best Purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my TV in August and now its September and I am very glad I purchased it. I use my TV with Apple TV and Xbox gaming and its very easy to setup. All you do is input your device into the back and it automatically does the rest. Even with the samsung remote. YOU MUST LEARN YOUR OWN SETTINGS! ! That was a must for me. I watched the way other people setup their tv but it way different when you learn how to set up the color/contrast/brightness etc yourself. After a month of using I am glad I purchased it. Learn your TV setting to your surroundings.

Love it....but

totally impressed by the picture wuality, ease of set up and use. there are a limited amount of apps available to download which is a bit disappointing. i did notice that hdr content played "dark" with no controls to adequately improve the picture. after remote management assistance i was told the hdr control option was being worked on for a future software update. besides that a good product for its cost.
