this is a great tv for the price. picture is crystal clear, good color and the tv is lightweight. my complaint if any would be the remote. the remote is geared toward the samsung free tv, so if you use any apps such as youtube tv, hulu, prime tv, disney, etc. the remote is not very useful. the control buttons all take you to samsung's tv (except there is a button for netflix). if you do not use or want to use samsung tv, you can only use the 4 arrow buttons and the home button. none of the other controls work for paid subscriptions. that leaves a lot of buttons for one to mistakenly click and send it to samsung free tv. the display for the paid apps are not easy or clear to get to, so i find myself wanting to use roku for this tv even though this samsung tv is a smart tv.

Terrible picture brand new tv has waves in the picture and an entire line across the screen. HDMA ports not working all the time. Cant get apps on Apple TV since Samsung makes user log into wifi . Getting a different tv and not happy with of picture on all Samsung plus channels no HD.

I am also happy with the apps and features available. I sometimes have connectivity issues that are definitely coming from the TV but usually unplugging it and plugging it back in will resolve them. The price of the TV is also a fair value. This Model has great picture and love the self-adjusting brightness to the surrounding lighting of the room. This TV is a great addition to our Samsung sound bar. One this that I would change and why I gave it 4 out of 5 is because of the lag that tv has when scrolling through anything on the screen. The settings and apps that come with the tv are great and there is a good variety however they also lag when scrolling and or loading. My tv is hard wired to the internet so I can only assume that it's a processor issue or perhaps a much-needed software update would fix it. If there is already something out there for this, please let me know. Thank you !

My previous one was an Android TV which was a paying in the neck. Well, back to my new TV, the quality of the picture as well as the sound, and the size combined with the price it is a dream come true, everyone can afford this new device. It is worth every penny.

The only issue is that the TV sometimes struggles to connect to the wifi. This problem may be fixed if you use an ethernet cable or use a separate device that connects to the wifi as well. Other than that this TV is great and is very affordable.

samsung tv's should not come loaded with samsung television channels. they are not worth it! also, a channel guide should be available for any network you choose, not just the channels you pre-load. i rated it a 3 because the picture is good. the top of the line samsung sound bar i purchased with the television i rate a 3 also. the quality of sound sometimes is very marginal. in my way of thinking, samsung televisions & sound bars are overpriced for what you get in return.

The kids enjoy gaming out on the big screen, Dad enjoys the clarity for the big game and I enjoy streaming my Spotify directly to the TV for an afternoon cleaning session while jamming out.

great quality television as well as great price. the picture quality is second to none. the sound is perfect for a bedroom, whether watching a movie, show or even a game. the color quality is a perfect blend. like always samsung has produced another high quality television for a great low price.

The sound levels and video quality of this TV are great. The software interface could have been better but we do not have a huge complaint there.
