[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my hands on this new Samsung TV and the upgrade was totally worth it. I previously had the 2018 model of this TV. Why do I like this one so much more? (1) It seamlessly connects to my phone through Apple Airplay. I have a couple video apps that only work on my phone so this is a game changer. I am able to watch a bunch of content on my TV that I didn't previously have access to. (2) The TV is much lighter weight. I move my TV between my bedroom and living room so this is nice for me. (3) This TV has Apple TV streaming capability. This unlocked a bunch of content. With my last TV, it was impossible for me to watch my Apple TV shows. There is only one downside. I am not a fan of the new remote. I really liked the old Smart Remote. It was a much simpler design with only a few button options. The new one has a lot more functionality because it is a universal remote, but I don't connect anything to my TV so it doesn't add any value to me. I wish I could figure out how to connect my old Smart Remote to the new TV but haven't figured out if it is possible. Overall I am very happy with this TV. Oh and also tested a TV from a different brand in the same price category and the Samsung is hands down a better experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV is a great TV. The set up was flawless. Vey easy. The quality is superb and the sound is outstanding. No matter what we are watching it's almost like watching live TV. The remote seems easy to use. I only stream so I have Philo and Pluto.

It works perfectly since the minute we turned it on and set it up!! And the setup was so easy! The picture is clear and brilliant with great resolution. We feel like a real home theater. We really love our Samsung and couldn't be happier! GREAT TV at a great price!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you click on the menu, it's just a bar that pops up, it takes long to find an app, since you have to keep clicking on next to get to it. It'll be nice if the menu has an actual pop up full screen where we can get to the location we would like to get to faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the image quality, the Bluetooth connectivity, and the sound. What it was disappointed to me was the apps. There many missing apps like Peacock, CC, and some sport ones. I'm not sure if that depends of Samsung or externals companies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this television for a good five months. Also a bit embaressed to admit but my first smart television as well. When I hooked this baby up on the wall, I watched shows non-stop and loved it. Crystal clear video, crystal clear sound. Just an outright blast. Not to mention the smart features. Can't tell you how many times I lost my controller, only to whip out my phone and change the channel. Now for the bad part. The one thing I can really complain about is the speed of the response between my controller and the TV. I could press the left arrow and 2 seconds later it would respond. Those two seconds make a big difference. As well as the sudden wifi loss. Everything in the house is connected and doing well, but suddenly the television is no longer connected for some reason. You may think it's my problem but it isn't. All in all, great television. Not only would I recommend, I did recommend. 9/10.

Picture quality is outstanding in 4K and is a pleasure to watch. Sound quality is decent for such a minimal design. Smart TV features and intuitive and offers a lot of different options. I'd buy this TV again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv was easy to set up with on screen and online help. I love the apps, and it is fairly easy to search for apps not already on the tv. I love the picture and the sound, navigating the apps is easy for me. The tv is light weight, and I can move it by myself if I need to, but you should get help as to not crack the screen. So far the only problem I have had with the tv is my cable provider! Their box keeps conflicting with the tv, and I have to reset the box often. Overall it is a great tv for a little money.

We love it better than the other 4K T.V. we purchase of another brand Hisense 4K in 2018 it didn't offer any free T.V. channels like you have with Samsung Plus which makes us feel good about. Also they didn't have the Bluetooth connection like This T.V. come's with love and will recommend to anyone wanting something new and better experience life in a new bolder wonderful Samsung 4K picture love a lot. Will buy another one any day. Great work on movie theater type T.V. in home experience. Thank You Bruce
