i had doubts but as soon as my wife and i got this 75" samsung 4k smart tv hooked up and fired it up.. omg we noticed the picture quality from the get go awesome.... we had a hisense and that tv is not worth it... you will not be disappointed. in fact your going to want one for your other rooms / man cave..... we enjoy our movie date night at home during this time.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mounted this beauty as soon as I got home, I wanted to surprise my family and ended up surprising myself as I turned on my new fresh out of the box 82" TU7000 Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV and for the first time in my life seen the amazing UHD, the mountains looked so real I couldn't help but stare at the landscape and feel like I was there in real life, my family actually walked in on me and started staring and sitting down to watch with me in amazement as they all said wow, we are extremely happy with our purchase.

after using the tv for month , one day when i turn on my tv i found my screen so dim and black and i have to reset settings to get it back to normal , but after playing with settings i figuered that shadow details are like set to the lowest value -5 while it still appear as 0 value which is not correct ... this happened to me twice in 3 months any solution !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with TCL at first trying to break from Samsung as was alot cheaper, well you get what you pay for, 1.5 years later headed out to buy a new TV because the TCL died a sad death Well I have all samsung TV's now can't beat technology and value My only cons is that a keyboard mouse combo would be advantageous and internet browser is beyond slow Other than that really happy

It's an amazing TV, I just can't really use many "Smart" features because I constantly have to unplug and replug my TV to get the WiFi to work. I'm not the only one with this issue, I just used the wifi on it a lot. And before you say anything, there have been a lot of people with this issue. A few samsung employees claim you guys have been working on a fix, but it's been a long long time since anything ever happened. But, nonetheless, it's an absolutely amazing, and immersive, TV.

So when the remote is in close proximity to both TV's - it operates both. Would love to know if there is a simple program that I use on either remote to isolate the signal to a single device.

Except, I notice that the TV has trouble between different shades of black. For example, in a dark movie scene the TV will become very pixelated with different shades of black. The TV has trouble with shades of black.
