Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound and picture are great. Only thing is the live tv connection I have hooked up isn't as clear as I'd hoped. This may very well be due to the cable box service that I have, but I'm just not sure. Other than that no complaints and overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement tv after my other one just randomly stopped working. My other one had some apps but nothing like this one and I have been very pleased at the ease of the learning g curve of using my Samsung TV. I love the vibrance of the colors. I am really enjoying my tv!

Reliable tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the tv to stream all 7 of my online tv services. I also use it to project from my phone and never had a problem with it all. Sound and picture have been phenomenal during movie viewing or sports.

Gave two tries. Shouldnt have

first one turned on once and never again. got a replacement. was fine for first few days. now it either doesnt read the hdmi input or no volume. have to unplug and plug back in to resolve. would return as i have onky had 7 days but got rid of box after 3 days. waste money.

Great Quality and a Great Price

The picture quality is great, I like the way the volume control works, and the size is great. You can see everything with no problem.

Pleasantly surprised!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price! The biggest problem we had was to connect it to our Telus Optix box, but it turned out that the box was too old for 4K! But they sent a new one, and everything is working fine. The Optix box was much more of a problem than the TV, which worked immediately and beautifully. We mounted it onto our wall and it's perfect. The remote is also very intuitive, which I appreciate.

Image, sound and easy to program.

The sound is moderately clear without distortion, pleasant to the ear. Installation and coupling are very practical and simple. It's an excellent product, I can't complain about the Samsung.

A Disappointment

even after reading the concerning reviews, i decided to move forward with this purchase because of my past, positive experiences with samsung products... a bad call on my part. 4 months after purchasing and something goes wrong with the display. i can't see a thing on the screen with the very dim lighting. adjusting the brightness did nothing at all. i had noticed other glitches in the 4 months prior, but chalked it up to an unstable wi-fi connection (which was not the case). i guess that was foreshadowing glitches to come.

size of the screen/clarity of picture

unfortunately, i hadn't realized the amount of wifi space necessary to properly operate a tv like this, but will soon be purchasing more band space to allow me to do more "moving around" with the remote without loss of operation and the need to get up and unplug the tv to get it to turn off. guess i should have known better, but i'm not a techie kind of person. you might want to advertise a minimum number of megs for proper use of this product so others wanting a smart tv understand this.

TV won't stay connected to WIFI

i have switched routers, reset the tv, done everything to troubleshoot the tv not staying connected to my wifi. all of my other devices work just fine. i have to unplug the tv every time i want to use the internet features. it's so ridiculous that this is an issue with a tv that i purchased in 2020... i just want the television to work as advertised. is that too much to ask?!
