I love my new TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV. It is the perfect size for the depth of my living room. The picture quality is outstanding and the on screen menu is very responsive, no lag! The only thing I'm not thrilled with is the layout of the remote. The buttons I use the most, pause,play, are at the bottom and not ergonomically placed for one handed usage. That's my only suggestion for room for improvement. This TV is awesome, even when compared to my son-in-law's 75"!

Great tv

the tv is amazing but if you try to connect your phone in use that as your remote it does not work as well as if you had the actual remote. many people will lose their remote and not find it so they'll go and try to use their phone well if you try to use your phone for any use besides the normal tv settings then it won't work. if you try to use it on such applications as hulu netflix disney+ or any other ones it will not work due to the fact that you can not click on anything. this is the only problem i have with the tv. all around it is an amazing tv. i highly recommend it

Awesome TV

Smart TV capabilities are far superior to any other television that I researched on the market. The ease-of-use is impeccable I would recommend this TV highly to anyone interested.

Great, but a little slow.

great features

Great quality, features and sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like just about everything about this tv. The only thing I'm docking a star for is the fact that I felt a little mislead about the TV featuring the new Samsung Health app. It appears it's only on the more expensive version of this tv. Other than that, I can stream my workout from my iFit elliptical via casting, it has all of the streaming apps I use. The sound is surprising coming from those little speakers too! Overall the quality of the screen is outstanding for what your getting. Doesn't feel low end at all.

Great purchase!

i was amazed when we set up this tv and first turned it on; the picture quality difference from our old lg was immediately noticeable. it was a great price point, a very easy set-up, and has amazing quality! the only two minor cons are i can't seem to connect the smart tv with a few apps i wanted to add, and we still have to use our directv remote to change the channel, which isn't ideal. but minor hindrances compared to the pros of this tv!

Excellent Product!!!!

Sound in Great for built in speakers! Apps and phone connectivity are Wonderful!!Very Very Happy with our purchase. So much so we got a 48", same series, same model, for the bedroom.Manage everything with Samsung SMART THINGS app!! The remotes on my phone, so I don't loose it anymore!!!

This is a great quality TV.

The quality of the screen is great and the sound quality is awesome and makes easy to hear/understand what I'm listening to. The resolution makes what I'm watching absolutely beautiful and immersive, with bright but not overly saturated colors too. Absolutely amazing experience!

Internet Issues

will not stay connected to the internet. when i turn off the tv and turn it on it disconnects from the internet and the only way to correct it is to reset the network on the tv. i exchanged it for another tv and the second on did the exact same thing. i read online this is a common issue. had no idea and regret buying this tv. should have stuck with vizio products.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point.
