The resolution on this tv is great :)

Better than other expensive models

the picture!

i absolutely love this tv. it has an amazing picture and its overall an amazing product. the only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because there isnt a way to set the input. i wish there was a way to set the tv so when i turn it on its automatically at my apple tv. if there is a way please let me know but thats my only flaw.

Crystal clear picture!

2019 Version - Screen is Garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 2019 model brand new and just recently the the left section of the screen is very dark and flickers when 1st turning on the power. TV was great when new, but deterioted quickly in 3 years. It should last longer than that.

Hi there, Thank you for your review and your feedback on the TU7000 TV screen. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend to see if we can resolve the issue of your screen flickering. 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, choose OK, and then view the test. You can select Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the picture a second time. 2. Determine if the distortion is appearing during the Picture Test. Look for distortion on the screen during the Picture Test. If there is no distortion, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, try replacing the cable of the external device showing issues. - If the distortion still appears after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If distortion appears during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if distortion appears during the Picture Test. Please visit our Support Center to request service if you see distortion during the Picture Test. When calling, ensure you have the TV's model code, software version, and serial number. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Advanced TV

During the pendamic this Samsung TV has been the best entertaining ewuipment for my family. High quality screen with slim bezel design is premium quality. More high tech and advanced features are more upscale than competitors. Love Samsung TV and I am getting a Samsung home theater system that with make the whole experience even more exiting~

I adore Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know how in the store TVs always look crisp and the colors are so vivid and then when you buy that same model it's just lackluster? Definitely not the case here. I love this TV and all of the features and functions that come with it. I love how quickly my phone can cast videos to the TV. And 55" is like sitting in the perfect spot at the movie theater. All I need now is to get myself a soundbar to really get the experience.

Brand new tv with sound malfunction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a brand new tv, came home set up the entire thing to find out that the sound came with a problem. Need to put the volume more then 50 to hear something. Always had LG and the one time I make the switch this Happens.

Hi, paulnetojr, Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume on the Samsung TU7000 TV. I understand how frustrating it is when your product is not working as expected. I have a few setting adjustments for you to try that should help resolve your issues. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. 2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. TV for my seasonal cabin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a higher end Samsung in my other home. We just needed a basic tv at my camp. I LOVE the Samsung menu of channels for tv without cable. You really don't need a cable box for anything else. Just cable hookup to stream FUBO(for everything Sports), Netflix and Prime. Perfect setup. I'm giving 4-Stars because, apparently, Samsung TVs and Frontier Communications don't communicate wirelessly. So I needed a cable to go TV to router. No one at Samsung could figure it out so I bought a cable and tried that. Works like a charm!
