I love this TV!!

My kids and I love to watch things like Jurassic Park and others and we feel like we're at the movie theater. I wasnt really looking for a tv this large, but with everything closed down, it was a great decision for me and my family. I am very happy that i made this purchase with Samsung!!!
Great Picture
difficulty in setting up hbomax app .. not already loaded like the netflix, hulu, vudu, tubi, or internet browser. at&t technicians do not know what to do. finally got hold of samsung support through text chat. he walked me through samsung tv settings and following his instructions finally got hbomax app loaded. they should automatically load hbomax app like other apps or put in a large flyer with step by step instructions how to load the hbomax app.
Really great tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and clarity of the tv. It looks amazing in my room. I was able to download most of my streaming apps into the tv. The only thing I'd say is, that there have been a few times where I turned on the tv and it was pixelated, and the colors were wrong. I wasn't able to fix it until the I unplugged the tv and re-plugged it in. Speaking of soundbar, I wanted to connect my Philip's one, but there is no plug in for it on the tv which is a little disappointing. Other than that..the TV is pretty awesome!
Great smart TV, good picture quality & value

The following features have been really nice: - Smart TV with apps / downloadable apps for all the common streaming services. - Samsung TV Plus: free streaming channels, from news, to free movies, to common free-to-air channels. Which in addition to the Smart TV streaming apps provides tons of content. - Easy to setup - Slim form factor and mounts nicely on a wall for a slim, flush look. - Picture quality has been good for movies, streaming services, connecting a laptop to TV, etc.
Looks great and is perfect size, BUT...
...i am rather disappointed by the apparent lack of a typical, normal audio out jack (by which i could run sound through my beloved old kenwood rack system — like i *did* with my previous samsung 36-in smarttv... it was an amazing combo.) i guess removing the audio jack is considered to be "progress"? (coz they take up soooo much space? ha!) i suppose maybe i could stream my services through my old ps3, running sound from it to the kenwood, but that kinda defeats the whole "new smart tv" thing... sigh.

The sound is good as it is without the soundbar, I can't imagine how much better it will be with a soundbar attached. Probably the best purchase I have made in a while. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the TV market.
New TV for our bedroom.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 32" LG with this beautiful 43" Samsung Model UN43TU7000BXZA this smart tv was easy to setup and use for this 62 yr old guy. All streaming services nice installed Twitch app no problem set has a great picture. I could go on.
Color distorsion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great in definition and colors, however, we experienced color issues many times a week. A red colored texture appear and mix with image. We have to turn the TV off and unplug it to make the issue go. It's really annoying for a TV of that size/price (still under warranty though).

Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve your issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (ver 1401.7) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. Problems on the second month after purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV started to restart by itself. I called technical support and they were going to send a technician to inspect my tv, all of the sudden the tv stoped doing it. I have no idea if its going to happen again.

Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Great app options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to stream videos, project directly from my phone. Would definitely love the ability to download some apps that can only be accessed using the internet app. Aside from that it has some popular apps that I normally use.
