The TV is great. I love it. My only little negative is the remote. I wish It came with a voice activated remote. I get the whole connecting an Alexa, and I probably will eventually. But the fact I have to do that. The remote I can talk to would make things so much easier. It just makes searching smoother and faster. Instead of pressing a bunch of buttons to get to an app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The step by step set up was a bit challenging but once we paired our Samsung acct. and our Samsung phones with the tv device, it was easy peasy. This smart TV has so many apps already downloaded and the few we wanted downloaded took no time to search and find. Godzilla vs King Kong was our first movie streaming choice on HBO MAX. We took it off standard mode to watch in film making mode. The results for me was ultra clear just like being on the set. I like it's Alexa capabilities built in the system, just give a command without switching channels on the remote, something that takes time of getting use to, especially after having the option of the remote being downloaded on your phone. Overall we couldn't have made a better choice with the Samsung 4k smart tv.

This is my second 4K tv I have purchased that's a Samsung. The first one I bought two years ago and figured it's worked out well so why not get another. This upgraded model is awesome. My only complaint is that the smart features are a bit sluggish. The picture is amazing and the HDR is amazing when I'm gaming. Screen sharing with my smartphone is amazing as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to skip listing all the items I like, as most everything is great, the picture sound, etc. I will dive into my 3 issues that I have with this TV, and maybe it is just because this is a little lower on the lineup of all their TVs. First The app does not work, I have downloaded it to my phone, and I get nothing - it never connects, and it sucks. I see online from other reviews that this is a pretty standard issue. I'm not running Samsung but if I was I would not have "Download the app" be the first thing when doing the TV setup if the app does not even work. Second the volume response from the remote is way too sensitive, if I hold it for 1 second it goes down by 1, if I hold it for 2 seconds, it goes down by like 15-20 - because of this I have to click it a bunch of times to change the volume, however if the volume button clicks are too close together then it will make a huge jump again. Finally the processor is slow, like really slow. When you turn on the TV and are going to select the app you would like, for example your preferred streaming service - it has a pretty long lag / latency between click, and when it actually moves the selected icon. It is bothersome enough that I have had the correct icon selected, and then when I push the OK button it hops over to the next app and opens that one up.

I bought my 2020 version series 7 Crystal UHD 55 inche. I love my TV!! The picture quality is great and the smart features are great.. What I don't like and wish Samsung didn't lock in the pre-installed apps, half the pre-installed apps I don't even use and never would use and there is no way to uninstall them, they take up all the memory to where you have no memory to install app that you actually use.. That needs to change not a good move on your part Samsung..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily use my TV as a gigantic computer monitor and it is a major upgrade over the 2015 Samsung 50inch TV I had previously. I stream a lot of media from Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, and HBOMax as well as Xfinity and it is top notch quality. The SmartTV functionality is rather impressive as well. Very snappy performance and the picture quality is absolutely fantastic - especially for the price point of this particular model. I have been a huge fan of Samsung TV's and monitors for a long time and this model has only strengthened my loyalty to the brand. I strongly recommend this TV for someone who wants a fantastic product and does not want to break their bank doing it.

I also love how I can control the tv through the Smart Things app, it's very easy to use. Setup was simple as well. All around a quality tv and I would recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is amazing its my first 4k TV. It plays video games great and streams TV show and movies flawlessly. The bright colors are great as well. The only complaint I have is when Netflix shoots shows in the dark it's hard to see on my TV. It's probably my fault for not having proper lighting. Overall awesome tv.
