I love this mop! I've never owned a steam mop before but this one is awesome! I actually look forward to mopping and enjoy it!

This is a great steam mop. Lite weight and works wonders. I have had others but this by far is my favorite.

I have used the Bissell 2x and I really like the amount of steam it produces. I do wish the water tank was larger.

I dont know what i was expecting but it works great especially with on my tile floors. The mop is light and extremely easy to use.

It was just what I was expecting the only thing is that I also ordered a warranty and I never saw a warranty and I called the store and no one answered the phone, not even a message will attempt to call again.

I have always had good luck with Bissell anything! I like this but had problems with it being heavy (I am 84). Was a little hard for me to manage but I kept it because it did a great job cleaning my white tile floors.

I just purchased this Bissell steamer and love it it. It does a great job on tile and laminate, I especially like the 3 steam settings for the different floors. I would recommend this steamer it works great and was a great price.

Had many steamers over the years this by far is the best it's lightweight easy to maneuver and heats up within 30 seconds. My old one took anywhere from 6 to 8 minutes to heat up and spewed out too much water and steam all for under $100!

Love this steam mop! I have to admit I was a little iffy about what I thought was a very small water compartment. But this mop definitely knows what it's doing. My whole house is tile and I can do a good amount of space off one fill. Leaves NO streaks and you can see that the water comes out evenly and with a good coat. Comes with 3 pads. Very easy to assemble. Doesn't fall over when u put it upright. Has 3 different steam settings. Cord is heavy duty but not to the point of annoyance. Giving it 4 stars only because I wish it came in a different color. Looks like I have a mini John Deer.

The mop arrived and was very easy to put together. The only thing I can see that might be industrial is the cord and the three pronged plug. The cord is very long but that is really of no benefit because you have to plug and unplug to turn it off and on. That's right there is no off and on switch. Also the water tank/reservoirs very small (maybe two cups). I cleaned an area maybe 15x18 and had to change add water three times. I'm disappointed.
