Works great. Like the longer cord.

I hav wonky used this a handful of times but the steam level is excellent! I also like that it is quite light and the pads fit on the steam head rather than relying on Velcro or whatever other means. Downside is that the water reservoir is really small (no very commercial like) and the cord is quite heavy. I do appreciate the length of the cord. Pythias would totally be a 5 if the water reservoir was a bit bigger!

It worked well for 18 months. Lots of steam cleaned floors well. Then it started spitting water out the back and wouldn't steam anymore.

Love this steam mop! Works great in all rooms; bath, kitchen etc. Works great on Wood and Laminate floors too!

Since I can't compare to the cross wave I can compare this to my old steamer I bought on one of the noted TV sellers. Yes this is much, much better. Bought extra mats. I move it slowly and it cleans much better. I do put it a bit of Mr Clean Pet, maybe less than a 1/4 cup. Smells good and seems to work very well. I would say excellent, I just can compare to the cross wave.

Stopped working just over a year after purchase. Junk.
