Nice steam mop

Just got my Bissell Steam Mop, but so far I like it.. Easy to use and does a good job

So far so good.  Unit heats up fast, has an extra long cord and is easy to use.  I'm very pleased with it.

Looking for a steamer for hardwood floors. Chose this one since all others said the floors had to be sealed. The description for this one simply said safe for hardwood floors. After putting it all together, the instructions that came with it specifically said not to use on hardwood floors that are not sealed. Could've saved myself a lot of time and trouble if they had put it in the description like all the other brands.

Advertising unclear

I bought this a few weeks ago for my area in a shared commercial kitchen. I had a mop bucket and mop available to me, but I didn't like how after even one use, the mop head would not be as clean as I would like. Also, emptying the bucket was heavy and wasn't great for my back. 
So I tried this steam mop.
It has worked amazingly. My floor area looks cleaner than all the rest, and it has been far easier than any time I had used the traditional mop and bucket. Cleaning steam mop covers is as easy as doing laundry. It has made light work of what was a dreaded chore at the end of the workday.
