Looking for a steamer for hardwood floors. Chose this one since all others said the floors had to be sealed. The description for this one simply said safe for hardwood floors. After putting it all together, the instructions that came with it specifically said not to use on hardwood floors that are not sealed. Could've saved myself a lot of time and trouble if they had put it in the description like all the other brands.

Like this mop, easier and faster to use than traditional mop and bucket. Wish the scrubber piece was designed better. It isn't very useful, because it is small, and only in the middle of the unit, so those edge spots that need scrubbed still take hand scrubbing. Can't use chemicals in this unit, but can spray directly on floor if wanted. Steamer works well, and is not very noisy.

Not practical, does not have on and off bottom, need to disconnect to stop. Not specify which is lower or higher setting. Wet the floor a lot

Must use distilled water. Easy to assemble. Cord is plenty long enough. I like the removable fill tank. It maneuvers pretty easy.

I've used it for my cleaning business and absolutely love it. I can use it to get spots up off of the floors that I would have to scrub with a regular mop

Best way to mop, hands down! So much easier than wringing a mop and having too much water on the floor. Really works well on hardwood, tile, and linoleum. Cuts the mop time down tremendously. So glad to have this!

I ordered this and have been very please with this steam mop! So easy to use and it has a long cord so I don't have to keep unplugging or plugging it in. Very happy with Bissell products.

She Loves it! It works great. She especially likes that the covers/pads are thick enough to work well. And, that it included more than one. It works so well, the covers get dirty quickly. Having 3 available is means she can finish without washing 1st. We may even get a few more to do more areas before having to wash them.

Had a Haan floor steamer and was disappointed I could not find another Haan on the internet. Read reviews and the Commercial Bissell received great ratings. Purchased for my uber-picky husband. He loves it. Light weight, but heavy duty on the steam and dirt. My home is approximately 3000 sq feet of tile. This Bissell does a great job.

Love it, very simple to set up and use. I bought it for my mom, her apt has wood, vinyl, and tile and the machine works great at cleaning each type of flooring. Also, I really like that it will lay flat , slip under a bakers rack and clean any area under a low lying bottom rack. I will be buying another one for myself when it back in stock. Even though the water container is small compared to machine I've used in the past, the it does seem to last longer than I expected. Of course, it always varies depending on on how often I go over each area in her very large apt. I usually have to fill up once during heavy cleaning. If you want a steamer with a larger cleaning surface head, simple usage, good steam , and gets into smaller areas , such as wall and toilet area, this will do the job, flexible, guides easily, and has a long cord which is convenient for my use.
