Pros: Carrying case, clips on crock-pot to secure top/lid, settings, works great so far! Cons: Wish the plug in cord was longer (too short), little snug to get into the carrying bag (carrying bag can be bigger in my opinion) - allow room for a spoon/spatula would be a bonus!

The slow cooker itself is fantastic and provided a little extra room as compared to our previous 6 quart version. The controls are user friendly and the locking lid is key for transport. As a bonus with this cooker came a thermal travel bag that slightly tore during its first use, costing the rating a star. Overall, great bang for the buck!

I haven’t used this particular one yet as it is a gift for my daughter but I have one just like it. It’s a great deal. Meal cooks evenly and I also use the silicone inserts for easy clean up especially for those meals that have a sticky sauce or making candy.

Had been looking for a crockpot when I came across this one. My previous HB broke and wanted something with more than a knob. This one allows set cook times and turns to warm automatically. It has a great locking lid and travel bag that comes with it as an added bonus. Crockpot liners work great in it and makes clean up a breeze. I would definitely recommend this crockpot for the price and features.

I had a crockpot several years ago and used it for a long time until the cord was mysteriously cut in half. I didn't replace it right away because I knew that my Instapot could be used as a slow cooker, but after several tries, i decided that the results were not the same and there is no replacement for a real crockpot. So i bought this one, and wasn't disappointed. The first thing I made in this was a 10 lb ham, so it is a nice size for cooking large meals.

Great crockpot for the money. I actually broke my 4qt crockpot which I could latch the cover and I was going to order another one but I would’ve paid the same or more so I got the 7 qt. Took it in the motorhome when we were camping and fixing food for large group of friends

Bought this crockpot on clearance sale. The box was slightly dented but the Crockpot appeared fine inside. I turned it on and started prepping my roast when I heard a slight buzzing sound. It wasn’t very loud, so I ignored it until I smelled burning and saw smoke coming out from under the ceramic pot. I’m guessing I got a defective unit with a wiring issue. I’m so glad I waited and didn’t leave it unattended! I returned it to Sam’s. Such a bummer, I usually love my Crockpots!

Bought this online as a Christmas present for my niece. It was not shipped in a shipping box. They just put a shipping label on the box it came in…the way you would find it in a store. When it arrived, there were two fairly large tears in the box. Don’t know if it was dropped or how the box was damaged. I would have exchanged it at my local Sam’s Club, but it was not available. And it doesn’t make sense to have another one delivered because the shipping preparation doesn’t exist. I’m hoping it works and doesn’t explode when/if my.niece uses it.

It's a really nice crock pot and I love that it comes with the bonus thermal carrier. But unfortunately, I have yet to use my crockpot due to a defect within the inner ceramic pot. I noticed there is a tiny chip inside the pot which I forsee may cause issues (cracks) if used due to extreme heat. I attempted to return at my local store but was informed that since ordered via online and with myself requesting a replacement, I will need to handle via online by requesting a shipping label for return (replacement) and at the same pricing that I originally purchased it for. Complete disappointment as I was so anxious to start cooking with it.

I use a slow cooker at least 360 days a year which means I have gone through 2 a year for the last 7 years. With severe food allergies, I have to make sure dinner is ready since I cant eat out. With that said, Ive had 14 programmable slow cookers in the last few years and this is the ONLY one that turns itself off during the warming cycle. It didnt come with any instructions so I cant read to confirm, but Im suspicious that it turns off after 4 hours of warming. When I start dinner at 6 in the morning, and cook for 4 hours, I need it to warm all day until I get home from work and we eat in the evening. Ive come home to cold, ruined meat every day since the Crock Pot was delivered. If you dont need it to warm for long hours, its a solid purchase and youll enjoy it. If you do need that feature, keep searching!
