I was so excited to try out our new crockpot with a new recipe. After 3 hours, the meatballs were still frozen solid. The outside of the cooker could melt your fingertips off, but I could literally (and did) put my bare hand on the bottom of the crock and there was NO heat at all. The box went out with recycling by mistake, so not even sure we can return it.

Great Deal

I've owned and used this for 1.5 years. It only recently (last 3 months) became my primary crock. It now has a crack from top to bottom and goes all the way through. It won't hold liquid. My older off brand lasted longer than this one. Very disappointed.

Broke after first use

Really love the cook and carry feature but broke after only using a few times. Also the casing gets extremely hot.

Unable to use because when it heats the display starts going out and you can't see anything on the display.

Safe to leave on all day. Start supper in the morning and by the time I get home it's time to eat. It holds up the performance nicely Good strong crockpot

This Crockpot is a lifesaver lol. super easy to program, cooks evenly, and makes family dinners stress-free and delicious every time. I use it for a lot of holiday events. No issues so far.

The perfect croc pot. Cooks food perfectly, easy to carry with the side handles, and I love the hooks in the lid to make sure no liquid splashes out! The digital screen makes if easier to see what you're setting are.
