These potatoes were green! I think they might have been picked to early. We made small baked potatoes and it was hard to get past the green color as we were eating them. They were also hard.

Delishous and cooks much faster than red potatoes. The 4 stars come from the fact that roots will grow out of this spud much quick than reds...keep that in mind when your not ready to use them.

A nice big bag of Potatoes for a nice big bargain. As many people know, "a potato a day helps keep the doctor away"! I shouldn't be seeing one for a long time, hopefully. I like the big bags at Sam's!

We have been buying these potatoes for about a year now, and they are great. The potato skins are smooth and peel up with very little waste, and they taste very good.
