I loved the portion--too much for a child but I wasn't stuffed. It tasted good and I love that I can put several in the fridge so that we can eat one when we want. They can stay in the refrigerator for 14 days but I guarantee the family will eat them in two.

They are both microwave or oven cooked. I've tried both and liked them better in the oven. I was disappointed that there's no onions or bell peppers on them. In comparison 2 subs are equivalent to a footlong and only cost about $4.26. We wrapped them in foil and cooked them in the oven using the instructions on the back which call for 30-35 minute cook time and middle was still cold The taste was very good and better than expected from a frozen food. Overall happy, would try microwaving next time
