Delivered scratched

These were delivered with scratches on a couple of the pots! That's does not speak well for these since I haven't bothered to use them. I am disappointed. They will be going back!

Paint chips inside the pot

After 1 month of using and only washing my hand and drying. The paint started chipping off inside. Disappointed because it's still a lot of money spent thinking it would last longer

We have more tips for you to protect this set. 1) Always use low to medium heat. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Do not use corrosive cleaning products such as bleach, acids, oven cleaners, etching, etc. they will seriously damage the non-stick coating and deteriorate the finish. 4) Avoid sudden temperature change (thermal shock) on the cookwares and lids. 5) Avoid hard objectives on the cookwares and lids. 6) Avoid sliding accross the stovetops and place it carefully on and off the stovetops. Love these pans

I purchased these pans on black Friday. I am so happy with these. Plan to eventually buy a second set. I can’t say enough good things about these pans.

not the color as stated.

Im a bit disappointed I purchased the color black in this cookware + just now opened a box of cookware with the color of a dark navy blue not black as I ordered ☹️ might return to get a different color.

Perfect Set

I absolutely love this set. Nothing stick not even grits!!! The coral color is gorgeous. They clean so easily. I'm a culinary freak and this set surpassed all my expectations!

I really love these pans

I purchased the cream set in December of 2021 and they're amazing. They clean easily with hand washing and are beautiful. I wish they would offer a smaller set of fry pans because I would love to have extra! You won't be disappointed.

Great cookware

I received this for Christmas and absolutely love how nothing sticks and they clean so easily. Only issue is the pan that holds the metal steamer insert has had some of the pan interior scratch off where insert sits .

We are sorry to hear about your experience, Charlie. We suggest when using the metal steamer insert, place it carefully on and off any locations. Never use hard objects on the nonstick surface. And always place a piece of paper towel or cookware protector between each other.

Sticks

Pots and pans are beautiful and I was happy with them at first but a month or 2 later and everything sticks in them . I can't even cook an egg . Wouldn't recommend

To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we recommend a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, we have some important tips for you to care this set. 1) Always use low to medium heat. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Avoid sudden temperature change (Thermal Shock) on the cookware and lids. 4) Keep the open fire just touching the bottom of the pots and avoid open fire climbing onto the wall.

I will be returning this cookware, I accidentally touched my hand on a lid and it burnt the skin right off. This cookware is dangerously hot even to stir the food cooking!!

Better than I Thought!

These are amazing! I love pots and pans and have diff. brands, sizes and materials and these are just great. No sticking, EASY clean up, good size for a fam of 5 and very esthetically appeasing! These are a great investment and a must have!
