Beautiful but didn't last

I LOVED this set for a few short months, then they stared to suck. All foods stick to them now no matter what I do. The insides are chipping away also. I only hand wash and never use metal utensils. Such a disappointment

We are sorry to hear about your experience, jena. Here are some tips for you to maintain the superior nonstick performance and shining colors. Always cook in LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED though these are DISHWASHER SAFE. Always cool down to room temperature before hand washing. The use of high heat and a sudden temperature change (Thermal Shock) can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping, discoloration. However, a deep cleaning of the non-stick surface can help restore performance. This may include soaking overnight in hot, soapy water and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Please remember all Member’s Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be returned at any time.

works at first

I’ve had these since July and tried to give these a fair chance. After the first month food was starting to stick to the pan and bad. But now it’s been 6 months they are TERRIBLE. I can’t cook anything without it sticking!

Practical Chic!

I snagged the cream color after stalking the website for over a year! I absolutely love all the pieces, only thing lacking would be a really big pot for pasta/chili or something. But every piece is functional and so pretty!

Poor quality after time

I purchased these pans last year and at first they were great. Each of the fry pans are trashed and the non stick coating is gone. I have taken care of these pans. I contacted customer support and they cannot help me because I am no longer a member.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we suggest using a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware in hot, soapy water overnight and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. If you are still unhappy, please know you can exchange or return them as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Beautiful and excellent quality

We saw these in club and they really looked great so I read the reviews prior to buying. After having a using for a few meals, they perform as good as they look. Great purchase and I would highly recommend.

Best pots on the markets

These pots are amazing I haven’t had any issues with them at all. I was scared that they only might be for range/gas stoves but they work perfect on my electric/glass stove. Definitely recommend!

Awesome set

Love them! I had my eyes on this pot set for a few months and finally was able to secure them. I love the non stick feature. I love the fact it cooks my food evenly also. My only pet peeve it that the handle gets too hot to touch without potholders.

good cookware but misleading

I really do enjoy these pans the only issue I have with them is that the handles do get hot to touch so I wasn’t expecting it when I picked one up by the handle to move it that it would be extremely hot.

Lovelovelove

I had wanted ceramic. I settled for another set of pans and wasnt happy. I walked by these in Sams and had to have them. I love cooking with them. The handles do not get hot, they are so easy to clean. I know they will last a long time.
