We are sorry to hear about your experience, Gdit. Here are some tips for you to maintain the superior nonstick performance and shining colors. Always cook in LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED though these are DISHWASHER SAFE. Always cool down to room temperature before hand washing. The use of high heat and a sudden temperature change (Thermal Shock) can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping, discoloration. However, a deep cleaning of the non-stick surface can help restore performance. This may include soaking overnight in hot, soapy water and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. When stacking your cookware, always place a piece of paper towel or cookware protector between pots and pans. This prevents scratches and other damage on inside and outside coating. We are sorry about your experience, STEPHANIE. We suggest seasoning to create a temporary oil layer that supplements the coating’s non-stick properties and extends the life of your set. 1) Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove all residues. 2) Dry completely with a soft cloth. 3) Apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil, canola oil) to the interior surface using a paper towel. 4) Heat the cookware over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes (avoid high heat, which can damage the ceramic). 5) Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 6) Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel. Repeat this process 2–3 times. If you are still unhappy you can return the set for a full refund with the Member’s Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We are sorry you are unsatisfied with this cookware, Wills44. Since the aluminum cookware will distribute heat efficiently and evenly, the cast stainless steel handles may get hot during cooking, even on low to medium heat. We suggest using potholders to handle the pans and pots during cooking. Please know all Member's Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be returned anytime.
