While it does take a little more time to heat up on medium heat, as recommended by the manufacturer, I LOVE cooking with this cookware! Rice cooks fluffier than ever without even a single sticking granule. Poultry browns and cooks tender, juicy. Cleaning is a breeze - nothing sticks, no scrubbing ever required. I use a soft sponge and liquid detergent. The instructions say they are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to clean by hand since it is so easy and likely to keep the beautiful finish longer. I use these every day and so far, after over 2 months, they are as perfect as when I opened them from the box. I HIGHLY recommend this cookware!

Really pretty set and as far as non-stick, great. However, the handles and lids get way too hot to handle. I also bought the larger 5 qt matching pan and the aluminum warped immediately. Although I like the look, I would NOT recommend these for regular use.

I was waiting off on writing this review. I’d give more stars because they are attractive pans but I just can’t. I purchased this set to replace my last set that lasted 3 years that I got from Marshall’s that just started going bad (sticking). I bought this set on February 1st. It’s now march 12, I noticed the pans starting to stick after just 2 uses. And I know how to care for non-stick pans. I use both nonstick and stainless steel. I can’t use these pans anymore already after A MONTH. The 9.5”%26 the 11”.They are starting to discolor, and I can’t even cook eggs on them anymore at all and I use EVOOil stray every time and use med-low heat. My old pans were cheaper and lasted 3 YEARS. So I know it’s not user error on my part. It sucks because I only had to replace 2 of my old set but they were black and I wanted everything to match. So I spent 200$ on these and these pans are worse after a month than my old ones were at 3 years old. Tell me how that works And I tried to upload pictures and it won’t let me, it says “the operation couldn’t be completed.(UGC.NetworkClientError error1.)”

It's a beautiful set, and I love the smaller stock pot. I receive lots of compliments on it. They washed really easily in the beginning. I have now had them 2.5 years. I wanted to do all I could to ensure these lasted. I purchased a storage rack for them so they each have their own shelf in my cupboard to avoid nesting them. I've only used silicone or plastic utensils, and I handwash them with a soft sponge. I also never cook on more than a medium heat. Despite this, the outside has gotten dinged easily, first noticing this a few months in. Also, the inside of the pans I use the most are worse for wear and have been in need of being replaced for at least 6 months. The inside has small chips and gashes, as well as doscoloring. It's a nice set, as long as you are careful with them and plan to replace in a couple years.

These pots and pans are absolutely awful. I’ve had them for just over a year and they already need to be replaced. Couple things….they are not “non-stick” every thing sticks. The quality is also awful …the non-stick coating has chipped, the “brass” handles have turned color, and the bottom is deteriorating. If I could give zero stars I would…

Beautiful set aesthetically, but took forever to boil water, heat,fry, or cook anything on my induction cooktop. It just doesn’t magnetically connect well with induction. So l, exchanging this set for the $249 tramontia stainless set that has much better reviews for induction cooking.
