Usually the big ones I end up tossing out nearly the whole thing because its too much. But with these being the right size, i can handle it a lot better. It does have great taste but can become too strong relativly quick. But it does lessen the cravings in that time.

I don’t have bad cravings a cutting cold turkey. I have stopped smoking for over 2 weeks now. Longest I have quit. The cherry flavor is nice and has a cooling effect. I just place in mouth near cheek and move it every couple of minutes.

Ive been trying them out for a few days and they definitely numb my tongue, which is a weird feeling. Its not too bad though and ive cut back so i’ll keep taking them.
