They mint flavor isn't over powering, which is a plus. It was a little difficult to get use to in the beginning, which i would assume is normal but the more days you use the easier it gets. Get alternative to smoking PERIOD. I would recommend this if you are trying to gradually stop smoking.

These lozengers have left me smoke free for two weeks now. When i wake up in morning i take one and the craving is gone. Then when i feel like i want a cigarette i take another one and i feel satisfied for few hours. I only use about six to eight lozenger a day to start off with. Now i am down to four a day. It only took me a few days for my cravings for a cigarette to fade away. Now everytime i have craving i just take a lozenger and i feel good. This product definitely works to satisfy your cravings for a cigarette. I also love that these lozengers are mini in size and the case is easy to store in my purse or even my pockets. They have a great mint taste to them. And they don't take long to dissolve in your mouth. I am so happy to have found a great product to use to stop smoking. These definitely take your craving for a cigarette away. And i finally feel i found something that actually works for me to finally quit smoking.

First off Member's Mark Mini Nicotine Lozenges in cherry flavor taste great and supply your body with 4mg of nicotine, which helps diminish cravings and makes it so much easier to not want that next cigarette. I haven't successfully quit as of today but I have significantly tapered down and see how Member's Mark Mini Nicotine Lozenges really do help me in keeping that next cigarette in the pack.
