This product was designed specifically for quitting smokers who want to quit smoking without compromising their health! The minty flavor is pleasant. It really works to curb my cravings. I take it in the morning and I don't need that morning cigarette. I appreciate that it is affordably priced! Would recommend!

I’ve been reducing my smoking and nicotine usage since March 2020. Lung damage/tobacco use is such a huge risk factor for negative health outcomes in so many ways! Having these in my arsenal when I have a craving has been so great, and it helps to break the muscle memory and physical habit of smoking. Also, you can do it anywhere! They are small and come in a convenient travel size bottle so I can easily keep one in my purse! Another plus is they don’t taste bad, which helps because you have to keep them in your mouth until they dissolve. Now to continue for the next 12 weeks, hopefully by the end I won’t even have the urge anymore!
