However it did help me cut back quit a bit and I am giving a shot to try and quit smoking. Give them a try for yourself , the flavor is t bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (Reviewing on behalf of my husband) He is starting out slowly with the lozenges, mainly taking one in the morning when he wakes up when he normally would have a cigarette and a cup of coffee. You cannot drink anything 15 minutes prior to taking a lozenge or while it is in your mouth so he has had to adjust his morning routine a bit. The flavor is good but they are definitely tingly and he has to keep the lozenge constantly moving while it's in his mouth. He is planning to slowly increase the number of lozenges he takes per day. The packaging is great--separate smaller containers for easy transport.

These lozenges are small and packed in a small tube, easy to store a tube in my car or in the drawer. It works for me when I want to smoke, I just have 1 under my tongue, the mint flavor is refreshing, and it lasts quite a while. I like the smart portable tube, I can have a lozenges whenever I want now.

First, the bottle they are in is so compact and convenient, which is a huge plus. I really like the cherry flavor it leaves in your mouth and I really.like how small it is to put in-between your mouth and gums. At first, there is a little stinging sensation but after a minute or 2, it's gone. It's the nicotine hitting your gums but it doesn't hurt. I have not had a cigarette in 3 weeks and i feel very good!
