The taste was just okay as well. Packaging could have been better and more thought out. I don't think I would do these again.

I would definitely recommend these to anyone trying to quit or slow down on smoking. I hqve dramatically decreased the amount i smoke each day by supplementing with these.

These are the cherry ice flavor which is not bad tasting. you take on lozenge every one to two hours . Give it time to work may take days or weeks.

I am a huge fan of the cherry ice flavor. They slowly dissolve in my mouth with a cool, tingling feeling. They satisfy my need for nicotine. I am making less trips outside to smoke and I am hoping to fully kick the habit. These do work and really have been aiding me in reducing my smoking. I definitely highly recommend them! I am not a fan of mint flavored things so I was so happy to see this flavor! The Lozenges are in small containers and they are super small too so I can slip them in my pocket or pocketbook and no one knows they are there. When I feel the urge to smoke I can use one and it curbs my craving for nicotine. They taste great too cherry with a slight cooling cooling sensation . These really have helped me to quit.

The thing I did not like, was that it did not get rid of my cravings. I will say, it did seem to be not as intense.. but I still couldn't go without.

They have a minty flavor and it’s not overpowering. Some mints and lozenges tend to have that burning taste, these do not. After the first 2 days, my cravings began to disappear. The lozenges provide enough nicotine to slowly wean you from the urge to smoke but don’t leave you jittery. I highly recommend this product!
