My son let me know that these little lozenges do help him when the cravings hit hard. He still smokes but these help cut down on the amount that he smokes. I’m 4 days now smoke free! I know it might not seem like a long time, but I struggled to not buy cigarettes the first couple of days. Especially in the mornings when my cravings are the worse.
