I have been able to reduce the amount of time I spend smoking since trying these and hopefully will be able to fully quit soon. The taste is a lot better than other brands I have used and they don't leave a chalky after taste. Overall, I find these to be very helpful and I would recommend them.

They are small and come in a convenient travel size bottle so I can easily keep one in my purse! Another plus is they don’t taste bad, which helps because you have to keep them in your mouth until they dissolve. Now to continue for the next 12 weeks, hopefully by the end I won’t even have the urge anymore!

I have smoked for forty years and it's time to stop. My family are overjoyed that I'm finally at the point that I don't need them anymore. I love that I smell better. The house and car smell clean. The mint lozenge was a good size, not too big or too small. It actually worked to minimize my cigarette craving which was amazing! I took these on a trip abroad recently and it was super easy to pack these and not have to worry about finding someplace to smoke, find a lighter, etc.
