[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like using these lozenges when i decide to kick the habit. They are kind of a oval shape which makes it really easy to use. I don't really care for the flavor since it really isn't all that minty. They are very effective about helping curve that craving fairly quickly and it takes quite awhile before i use them again. Over all they are really good/ I definitely recommend them.

I have used these daily for the past two weeks, and I must say I am am quite impressed. The flavor is extremely strong, it’s like I ate a menthol cigarette x’s 5. The nicotine is very strong in these lozenges. Honestly I’m m not sure I’d be able to quit smoking by using these. The taste is just too overwhelming for me. Fire to say to improve your chances of quitting, that you should use at least 9 lozenges a day! Whoa! Way too much for me. I’d possibly opt for the lower mg maybe. Not quite sure. Either way, to each their own. Maybe if the flavor improved, I’d change my view on these. These are just simply not my jam.

I'm not quite ready to quit just yet, but I have begun preparing for it by decreasing the amount I smoke daily, with the help of the Lozenges. The Cherry Ice flavor is better than the mint I believe. I will continue on my road to quitting with the Help of Members Mark Nicotine Lozenges.

The taste is minty and bearable. It does help my cravings, and definitely helps me cut back. I will buying and using these a lot more. I cant wait to quit! It will be a slow process though.

These are 4 mg so I felt good after I started to get cravings the first day and replaced my morning cigarette with a mint lozenge that took the cravings right away. So it has instructions for dosage and that really helped, it had a nice mint flavor so it worked for me. I've been smoke free for over a month now.
