Very indiscreet and compact so I can carry them in my purse or even put them in my pocket. The cherry ice favor is by far my favorite, slightly like a fruity cooling sensation that last quite a long time. I am very pleased with how they work and they have been a huge help for me to help quit smoking. There is 216 lozenges so it lasts for quite a long time. Since since I started using this I have noticed a steady decrease decrease on wanting a cigarette. The water bottle was an awesome perk as well because I have found I drink more water using this. The packaging is great it comes in a little tube that I can easily bring along with me and can’t beat the price for the amount of lozenge you get.
