He didn’t crave a cigarette as much when we would go out together either. Definitely a product I recommend to smokers who are struggling to quit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received the 2mg lozenges. The flavor mint, was okay. I would've personally liked Cinnamon or maybe fruit. But the flavor didn't stop me from using them! So I actually vape, in the highest nic strength. I use a juul. I've never thought a ton about quitting, the gum never did a lot. But these really made me "forget" about my urge to vape. It was easy to put it in the side of my cheek. The downside for some may be that it literally lasts for HOURS! To me it was good, because for hours I didn't need to vape! Try them!!

Only downside is they are so small they don’t last long. For someone who places a zin pouch between their check and gums, this product does not give the same feeling as having something there like a nicotine gum would give. It’s is great product if you are into mints, the size is just a downfall. The product does come in smaller containers that are easy to carry around with you which is a plus.

I only use 1 lozenge per hour the first couple days. Now I'm using 1 every 3 to 4 hours! I don't even crave cigarettes at all. The lozenges are much better! They have a nice minty taste, are easy to carry in the small vials containers. It's easy to just "pop one in". I recently changed jobs and there is no smoking anywhere on campus. I was nervous how I’d react, but I’ve been wanting to quit anyways. These are the mint flavor which is not bad tasting. you take on lozenge every one to two hours . Give it time to work may take days or weeks.
