[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a free product sample and I have to say I am glad I did. I am not a fan. It said Cherry Ice but it was not cool at all. I read a warm sensation, I was like okay it will get a little warm. No, I would have rather had a fireball in my mouth. Even just moving it around made my tongue burn. I couldn't even make it through a quarter of the lozenge. I can't handle the heat so its not right for me.

I thought it was just too much nicotine for me but I tried taking them less often as well as tried taking half of one at a time and I just couldn't handle them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this brand works, but I think the 2ml might be too strong for me. it started out strong cherry flavor, and instantly I was like, yes, I can get used to this. but after a minute it basically started burning my tongue, and I'm guess that was because the nicotine level is higher than I was expecting.

They have 4mg of nicotine which they suggest for people who smoke their first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up. The cherry ice flavor tastes good too.

I like that you can use as you need it depending on how much you smoke. I would recommend this brand and flavor.

I started using the lozenges just at work, convinced my self smelling like a cigarette was terrible in a public job. That worked then i started doing it on weekends for the same hours, its working!!!... its not easy at first but if you are determined and use these lozenges i promise you can do it. Im still in the process but i will get there.. i highly recommended these if you are serious about stopping smoking.
