I feel like I can discreetly have one in my mouth without everyone knowing. Plus they're easy to take with you. I have been having less cravings to smoke. I love mint flavor and these are basically like eating candy. Right now using I'm using the 4mg. and hope to be lowering the 2mg. soon. Hoping for the best!

I feel like the third time is the charm. The taste is satisfying and I feel less irritated this time around. I feel like this is a good mg to start with. It suggests if you don’t smoke for at least 39 minutes after waking up to start with this 2 mg. I have a lot of hope!

The flavor is amazing, it’s a cool refreshing cherry and the lozenges are mini approximately a half inch. Easy to pop in your mouth anywhere and satisfy the craving

These are small oval white mint flavor but the flavor is not as tasty as I would like. But, they do help with not smoking. Overall, taste could be improved but again, do help with reframing from smoking.

The taste is not bad and they really do help you not want to smoke. I think if you are looking for something to help aid you in quitting you should give these a try. When I feel like I need a cigarette, I just pop one of these in my mouth and I am good to go for a few more hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to quit smoking for some time now and have tried various different methods of curbing my dependence on nicotine. I tried vaping for a while, but was still smoking, and could not ever get into the habit of using nicotine gum or other replacement methods. I tried these lozenges on a whim, and I have to say, after the first few weeks of trying to break the psychological habit, I can honestly say that they have helped me cut back on smoking. They are decent sized and last for a while, and the taste is somewhat minty, but not overpowering, which is great since spearmint was never really my favorite flavor. Some of the smaller, Tic-Tac sized mints that I had previously tried kind of burned and irritated my mouth, and I have not had any problems. Before I committed to these, I was averaging about a pack per day, and now I have about cut that in half. Each tube contains 27 lozenges, which last about three day, when combined with smoking. Still, I plan to continue to use these while I cut back on smoking, and will be purchasing more of these in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In trying these lozenges, I would have to say overall they are comparable to Nicorette and Equate but at as good or better price. The taste was not as immediately potent as Nicorette which I was happy for and it was pretty much the same as Equate. These did seem to take a little bit longer to actually dissolve so it did take another few minutes to help with nicotene cravings but for the savings, it is definitly worth going for these as it is not a huge difference. Also, I found with it taking a little longer, I was starting to adapt a little bit better spacing out of using them.
