It did take a couple of weeks but glad it actually worked. I will continue to take them to help with the urge until all are done. The instructions are well written and easy to understand. The taste isn't bad but obviously not the greatest like sweet candy.

They had a spicy hit in the back of the throat that was very unpleasant, and shortly after I consumed it, I was extremely nauseous. I haven’t tried it again to see if it was just a one time thing or not, and I don’t think I will. It may work for others, but unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed.

As someone who has tried and failed to quit smoking numerous times in their life, the lozenges are definitely a favorable way to go about assisting the quitting process. The water bottle was an awesome perk as well because I have found I drink more water using this. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to quit smoking for a long time and I have tried many brands of lozenges over the years. I had tried the mint flavored lozenges before and didn't really like them I personally found them to strong, but Members Mark Cherry Ice flavored lozenges are wonderful! they have a great cherry taste with a slight cooling effect that really seem to help me take the edge off when I feel the need to reach for a cigarette.
