These lozengers have left me smoke free for two weeks now. When i wake up in morning i take one and the craving is gone. Then when i feel like i want a cigarette i take another one and i feel satisfied for few hours. I only use about six to eight lozenger a day to start off with. Now i am down to four a day. It only took me a few days for my cravings for a cigarette to fade away. Now everytime i have craving i just take a lozenger and i feel good. This product definitely works to satisfy your cravings for a cigarette. I also love that these lozengers are mini in size and the case is easy to store in my purse or even my pockets. They have a great mint taste to them. And they don't take long to dissolve in your mouth. I am so happy to have found a great product to use to stop smoking. When I gave them to him, he put them away, he had no interest in starting his journey to stop smoking yet. Sometime later, he had an incident in which he couldn't smoke while being at the hospital, when he got out and came back home, it's when he had his first lozenge and it is how he stopped smoking. The beginning was not easy and the 4 mg. ones would help him better with the cravings, he still has them, but the 2 mg. are enough now to satisfy his nicotine needs.
