[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent these in my recent Vox Box and I didn’t know how I would like them, but to my surprise they did seem to ease the urge to smoke. They are small and come in a convenient travel size bottle so I can easily keep one in my purse! Another plus is they don’t taste bad, which helps because you have to keep them in your mouth until they dissolve. Now to continue for the next 12 weeks, hopefully by the end I won’t even have the urge anymore!

Since since I started using this I have noticed a steady decrease decrease on wanting a cigarette.
