Have been buying Members Mark Underwear for my mom for a number of years. Was very happy with product. Did it’s job of keeping her dry. Just bought my first package of the new Members Mark Underwear. They are worthless!!! She is completely wet within a hour. Very poor fit. Will not be buying these again.

I bought these in June thinking that bulk would do better than an online brand. For me, the need is due to the side effects of surgery. These are not highly absorbent or total protection. Unfortunately, as soon as I realize that I have to go and I begin to move, my bladder releases. What I noticed is that when I can't move fast enough, and I'm still on my back in bed, urine leaks through. My bed pads have saved me a few times, but not often. Also, once I'm standing, if I don't make it to the bathroom, I noticed that urine leaks down my legs. These haven't been the most pleasant experience, but at least I know. I get the concept of being discreet, but the padding isn't as thick as I need it to be to keep me accident free. Moreover, because of the slimmer design, I can't keep them on when I have a slight accident. I'm already more than half through the pack, so I'll likely have to go back to the other brand. I'd recommend this product for light accidents, but not overnight or for someone who has a difficult time getting to the restroom without the possibility of leaking.

The explanation you provide is unacceptable about a better design. Just not true for those wearing the previous design women's underwear. What were your designer's thinking? The previous color was so much better. If this is an attempt to cut cost, it is not worth it to lose customers. The COST of this underwear is not cheap, and the dye used concerns me. It appears CHEAP, and THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE>This new design is not what works for my family member. I will not buy anymore until you have, at least, gone back to the old design abd/or a better design, which had a great fit. These are not comfortable, AT ALL. The underwear should fit like a brief, not like a thong. LIKE THE BEIGE COLOR which blends in better.

Poor fit, the Large actually is 6 " smaller than the old one. The extra large is bigger/ I am so disappointed.. Why did you have to change a product that worked and fit so well. I am at a loss to know what to do because I relied on these to be available.

These aren’t worth buying since they changed from the unisex ones. They don’t work for me anymore. I’ve bought these for years and they were great! I tried Depends and they didn’t work for me either. Does anyone have any suggestions on what works? Thanks!

I have worn these for a few years. Fortunately, I’m not using them for incontinence. I simply use them as disposable underwear. I loved the design and fit of the beige colored underwear. They were very comfortable and fit well. The last time I ordered, I received the new pink color. They are horrible! They fit like a thong in the back. They are very uncomfortable! For those needing them for incontinence, I don’t believe there is enough material in the back to be effective. Needless to say, I’ll be looking for something else to buy in the future. I can’t understand how anyone could be pleased with this new design. Sam’s Club, please listen to your customers and bring back the previous beige design!

Why did they change the adult disposable underwear for women? The new underwear is a joke. They are poorly made, sized wrong and the padding is not absorbent. After 2 1/2 years I will have to look elsewhere for underwear. Member's Mark missed the mark this time.

I have been using these XL for about 5 years or more. At first I thought they worked excellent, but as time went on they started leaking down both the insides of my legs. I kept wearing them even though they barely fit me.. I went from 280 lbd to 362 lbs over time and decided to try XXL. They worked much better but were kinda big (Stretchy) Since then I have lost 60 lbs 305 now, and while they fit good, still leak down insides of legs. MY ASSESSMENT AFTER YEARS: When you gain a bunch of weight, it makes it very hard for them to fit in all areas of your body. I do believe as I lose the next 60 lbs ( on mounjaro for diabetes) they will work perfectly as they once did before all the weight gain. At one point I was 240 lbs and they fit right between my legs and did not leak!! ALL THE WEIGHT GAIN, CANT BLAME THE PRODUCT!!! :O)

The new members mark product is drastically less absorbent and get pad is also very much smaller. I’ve been buying the original members mark adult diapers for years and they’ve been great! Now, SAMS has definitely sacrificed quality to save money! Shame on y’all! Thanks

Prior to the new sizing my mother wore size S/M. Now size M is too small, but according to the sizing guide size L would be much too large for her. Also, the padding is much thinner, causing her to have to use twice as many as before. Please bring back the old product; it was perfect.
