Have been buying the Small-Medium for my mother for quite a while, and according to the sizing in the description, this new "Small" size should have fit her, since she only weighs 100 pounds. These look like something a baby would wear. They were too tight and too small. Not sure why Sam's would redo a product and make it worse.

I bought the for M & W underwear and it was a tad bulky but it worked, it didn't feel like it wanted to cut me in half. Wish I had read the reviews before I reached a point of having to order. I live in Assisted Living, can no longer drive and counted on Sam's to make part of my new "life?" a bit easier. I had used many brands before trying Sams and I wish I was still using them. These leak, a lot, I'm a plus size so because you made them smaller not only do they leak they are uncomfortable and you didn't make a comparable size. I know you sold them a lot because you were out of them quite often so I learned to always keep a months extra on hand. Yes tey are nicer looking, however I don't show my underwear to many people so it really didn't matter. They are smoother but because they are also tighter and thinner they dig in. I don't know about anyone else's feeling about the matter but I would rather have the old bulky ones or new ones of equal absorbing ability and size and pay a little more, I'm pretty sure most of us with this problem wouldn't quit Members Mark if the price increase was a fair one. Shoppers are loyal people and we expect our favorite stores to remember that and at least play fair. Maybe you should have asked some of us up front how we felt instead of a bunch of you who don't even have this problem made it for us. It's expensive, sometimes humiliating and causes some changes to be made in our lives.. Sam would have thought about his customers first but I guess the boys have just gotten too big to take that into consideration. Stay Safe, God Bless

I do not know who designed these but it could not have been someone who would wear them. When I first saw them I was really excited when I saw the price. BUT why would someone design these as to where I feel like I am wearing a thong? I even had someone else try them on and asked their opinion the6 say the same thing. I am almost 70 years old and not comfortable as all

Perfect for mother in law. They aren't carrying them in the store any longer but I was able to order on line, they came very quickly. She has been wearing them for a few years so we didn't want to change brands, so happy we found them online. Affordable.

I bought these in June thinking that bulk would do better than an online brand. For me, the need is due to the side effects of surgery. These are not highly absorbent or total protection. Unfortunately, as soon as I realize that I have to go and I begin to move, my bladder releases. What I noticed is that when I can't move fast enough, and I'm still on my back in bed, urine leaks through. My bed pads have saved me a few times, but not often. Also, once I'm standing, if I don't make it to the bathroom, I noticed that urine leaks down my legs. These haven't been the most pleasant experience, but at least I know. I get the concept of being discreet, but the padding isn't as thick as I need it to be to keep me accident free. Moreover, because of the slimmer design, I can't keep them on when I have a slight accident. I'm already more than half through the pack, so I'll likely have to go back to the other brand. I'd recommend this product for light accidents, but not overnight or for someone who has a difficult time getting to the restroom without the possibility of leaking.

I am really disappointed in the change of this product. These diapers are poorly made and have poor absorption compared to the ones we have I been buying for years. Have you no mercy on caregivers? The leaking, the frequent changes and more importantly the skin integrity of the patient. Just increase the price instead of making an inferior product.

Why did they change the adult disposable underwear for women? The new underwear is a joke. They are poorly made, sized wrong and the padding is not absorbent. After 2 1/2 years I will have to look elsewhere for underwear. Member's Mark missed the mark this time.

I have been using members mark for a long time and they were great before the product was resized to something smaller and had diminished absorbency. I course the price didn't change. Now I have to find a new product to take care of my incontinence issues. Not a good decision Members Mark

Good price and I add for my elderly mother a secondary pad which has eliminated any leakage at bedtime. The optional addition of MM pads ensure clothing and bedding stay dry and clean. Having it shipped as a plus member makes it convenient and a no brained for continued purchase

Our most recent purchase of the Underwear for Women Medium size is now smaller than all prior purchases! Member's Mark needs to scrutinize the manufacturing process, to verify that the size does not vary over time. This item is a great value and highly-valued -- but the size must be accurate.
