It is easy on my stomach and helps with headaches, joint pain, muscle pain, etc. Love the easy open arthritis cap too. I combine it with my migraine medicine and it helps almost every time!

I like the fact that it is a 12 hour pill so you don't have to take several pills a day. I like the smaller tablet size. The bottle is attractive and has a large amount of medicine. 200 tablets will last awhile. The easy open arthritis cap is great but this makes it not childproof. I definitely recommend this pain reliever to be a staple in anyone's family medicine cabinet.

I've had osteoarthritis ever since I had back surgery at 13yrs of age and now at 48 my aches and pains have gotten worse. I love the fact that I can take one pill and it will ease my pain for hours and Aleve is affordable. It is a medicine that will always be in my home. The fact that it's an easy open bottle is icing on the cake for me.

The pain was a lot better after a few hours. The caplets were very easy to swallow. This product is great. I absolutely love how easy the cap is to remove from the bottle. This pain reliever is all day strong. It is a bit on the expensive side but that being said, it's reliable. I would recommend this product.

My L5 vertebrae had slipped out and forward out of my spine. These Aleve have helped sooooooo much. First of all the new cap is amazing! It is so easy to get off. No struggle at all. Best invention EVER!!!!! Just 2 of these takes my pain away for hours. I'm so thankful and grateful to Influenster and Vox Box for sending these at the perfect time. They are also easy on my stomach and don't cause constipation like the pain pills they prescribed me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am one of those people who have one go to medication for aches and pains and doesn’t try anything new. When I got this to try I was skeptical that it would work as well as the one I use. I tried one pill on the first day and it was ok, but not great. On the second day I tried 2 pills and was surprised that it worked better and lasted longer than my favorite pain reliever! And this cap is so much better than the other one, which has a cap the size of a quarter where you have to line up two tiny arrows you can barely see. This one will be in my medicine cabinet from now on!
