Easy to open. My arthritis is so bad i have a gard time opening things. Works great great for my arthritis hands back hips and toes

Easy-to-open cap and convenient packaging. I picked this up for my grandmother and wanted something simple for her to use when needed. It was easy for her to open and keep nearby, which made it convenient at the first sign of discomfort. I also like having it in my medicine cabinet for those occasional days when I may need it. As always, I follow the label directions carefully and keep it stored safely out of reach of children.

I appreciate being able to afford the items and products l need when l shop at Sam's.

I used this when it was prescription only. It’s been a lifesaver to manager the pain. Remember to take it with food. It can be hard on you stomach.

This leaves pretty good it works for the most part sometimes you have to take quite a few before it starts working but I do like the easy arthritis open tops that's a definite bonus they all should do that or somebody that has arthritis it's something you appreciate that most people just take for granted the bottle is nice and they are long-lasting I do like to sit there longer lasting than most you don't have to take them over 4 hours it's like every 8 hours so that's Advanced there I liked it it doesn't have any taste to it and then instructions are easy to understand

My family and I, we have been using Aleve that made in USA for years, it helped our Athritis tremendously until now. A few weeks ago, I bought 2 bottles from Sam's for myself and siblings (we are between 60-76 years old). First of, I thought just I that felt the difference because it took MUCH LONGER for medicine to be effective and it DIDN'T LAST 12 hours as said on label (4-5 hours max). I checked with my siblings and their feedback were same as mine. They even took double the dosage, meaning 2 caplets instead of 1 and the result was the same. I compared the ingredients between 2 bottles, they were identical. The only difference is where it was made. I'm not a pharmacist or doctor by any means, but I think these ingredients from China or India are not good as USA. My siblings and I, we returned all back to Sam's. Until Sam's brings back those that made in USA, we'll find different medicine for now.

These are tablets, which I don't like, instead of caplets--my mistake for not noticing. But the real problem is MADE IN INDIA. I'm not sure I'll even use them, after my $15-ish investment. VERY disappointed and, to Sam's and other retailers, please start stating country of manufacture on all products, especially medicine and food. If I hadn't already opened these, I would send them back pronto. I don't know if I will have success, but I'll be looking for USA-made Aleve and other OTC medications. (I DO understand that "Made in India" has pricing implications in my favor, but forget that!)

Are you kidding me ! Received and the label clearly says under the lot number and expiration date MADE IN INDIA only noticed that AFTER several doses for myself and my wife and neither of us got any pain relief. One more reason NOT to renew our membership when it's up in a few months I am beyond furious.

Unfortunately, these tablets are made in India, which are completely different than the ones made in the USA. Main difference is that they are not as effective and they smell bad, you will notice immediately after opening it. I bought 2 of them. Make sure you buy the made in USA one.
