[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These couldn't have come at a better time! I just had Spinal fusion surgery on my L5/S1 vertebrae. My L5 vertebrae had slipped out and forward out of my spine. These Aleve have helped sooooooo much. First of all the new cap is amazing! It is so easy to get off. No struggle at all. Best invention EVER!!!!! Just 2 of these takes my pain away for hours. I'm so thankful and grateful to Influenster and Vox Box for sending these at the perfect time. They are also easy on my stomach and don't cause constipation like the pain pills they prescribed me.

The easy open arthritis cap is very convenient, easy to open screw off with rubber grip, so do not leave it around children. Overall really good over the counter med to get relief of pain.

I don’t have small children in the house, so no need for child proof caps. The product worked as it was described. I had relief within an hour.
