Just 1 caplet that lasts 12 hours? Well, I will be purchasing this on my own for future use once I am finished with my free bottle! The easy open arthritis cap is a great plus! Love love love this product. It works wonders and it also works within 15 to 30 mimutes. I have used other products but nothing comes close to this one. It met every expectation. I have and will continue to use. I will also refer continue to refer it to others.

I do, too, and I honestly wish all bottles were designed like this with the rubber cap. Easy to hold and grip, and easy to open, even for people with smaller, weaker hands like me. The medication itself works great for tension headaches to sore knees. I'd been taking ibuprofen, but I think we're going to switch to this in the future.

I am normally an acetaminophen taker if I have to take anything, which is rare. Took two of these Aleve and started getting relief, and it lasted the entire day. We will keep this product in our medicine cabinet from now on.
