[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are faster acting than the regular Aleve. 200 will take a mild headache away. I typically take 600 for a major headache or a strong ache. These work really well for the arthritis that I have in my knees and hips.

It very cost effective , not expensive at all . And its covered on my insurance OTC list. The new cap is a great improvement too.

The “easy open” cap is simply that and the grippy type lid makes you wonder why NO ONE else has thought of this… This Aleve (Easy Open) Arthritis Cap caplet does a great job of reducing common aches and pains, it is effective for an extended time period which is always a bonus. My one caution is to be mindful if you have a sensitive stomach, as in my case if I take the product for an extended period of time it does aggravate my stomach; however, it only happens with continual long time use. If I stop taking the Aleve for a couple days, then all is well; Aleve does not bother my husband’s stomach at all. I did receive this product for FREE in return for an honest review.Aleve

This product works real fast on my aches and pains so there does not need any improvement. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants fast relief but only get this cap if you don’t have small children since it’s easy to open. The price is comparable to other brands so that is not an issue! After taking the Aleve it only took about 15 minutes to work so it’s fast relief.

I like that these don't upset my stomach either.

The directions stated to take 1 tablet. It felt odd to take one tablet when other pain relievers state to take 2, but I went ahead and followed directions. The bottle was easy to open. The tablet was easy to take and didn’t leave any type of residue. My headache and backache subsided within the hour and were completely gone within 2 hours. Would definitely recommend to friends & family!
