[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great for about 6 months then it started to make noise from the back left. It then broke on me. Washer are not made like they use too.

Ordering from Sam's was so much easier and cheaper than Lowe's or Home Depot. I didn't have to pay a delivery fee with Plus membership. The delivery/set up/haul away was effortless and enjoyable. Nice machine too, so far.

It's been a month since I bought my LG washer and I'm so happy I did. It works wonders my clothes are so clean and U don't have to worry about warranty.

Not pleased, it’s washes slow & I really don’t feel like clothes are clean because not all clothes are rotating. If I could return I would. I hate my money is gone to waste.

Love that it allows for small or large loads and the machine does the work (deciding size) no more guess work. Only down side it takes a little longer than my last washer.

I bought this a month ago and so glad i did. The machine is so silent now my neighbor is relieved from the sound my old machine was creating hefore. Even the rest of my household can still sleep soundly because no more noise.

not very happy with this machine . The normal cycle did not put hardly any water in the tub. used the heavy duty cycle it took 2 hrs start to finish. Used the deep wash cycle and did not spin out as good as my last machine. Not very happy.

Had the washer for 6 months and lg customer service has been very helpful. My washing machine has easy to use features and does a fine job washing my clothes and other things.
