Well i bit the bullet, and got the washer and dryer for my birthday. Had this about 2 weeks now, and could not be happier. Very quiet and seems sufficient.

North this in June and in October it messed up. Three months later and we are supposed to receive a new one after being out for laundry mat and missing work waiting on techs to come and try to fix it

My wife likes the agitator and good job it does cleaning our clothes. Clothes seem to come out softer. After removing from the washing machine, they are easy to dry as they don't have as much water in the clothes as our previous washer.

Getting clothes out of it is too difficult. It's so deep that I can barely reach the bottom (I'm average height) and the bucket moving is irritating and nauseating.

We bought both the washer and dryer just before Christmas. I love them. They are so easy to use. They almost do laundry by themselves. It doesn’t take any time at all to do laundry.
