Melissa, thank you for contacting us. The machine does come with a 1-Year parts warranty and we also give lifetime toll free support. You did have a 1-Year parts warranty which would have ended in September 2017 if you purchased it in September 2016 as you noted. The 30-Day policy that you also referred to is the Sam's Club return policy for vending machines, which is completely different than the Manufacturer parts warranty. If the coin mechanism is not accepting coins there's a possibility the sensors that validate the coins as real are dirty from 2 years of use and simply needs cleaned. That's a very simple process that we can walk you through over the phone. If the coin mechanism truly needs replaced we do have a Parts Department that can assist with that as well.
