Specifically, consistently between 65 and 85 Degrees for best results, as the weeds are typically actively growing within this range. Lastly, when was the grass mowed in relation to the application? To get the most accurate coverage, measure off a 1,000 square foot area (50 ft. by 20 ft. area). Apply the product to that area watching the clear strip below the hose connector to see how fast the product comes out and judge how fast you will need to move in order to get the correct coverage. If you have high water pressure you may want to turn the water down a little in order to reduce the amount being sprayed out at a time.
