I sorted through 6-8 packages to find the leanest cut. Most had lots of fat both on top layer and marbled within. Cooked up well in my Instant Pot.

We bought this for Saint Patrick's Day Dinner and absolutely loved it. We were supposed to save some for lunch the next day but simply ate it all.

Very tender. Followed the package cooking instructions. Temperature and timing for oven cooking was perfect.

It had a very odd taste. It didn't have a good corned beef taste. It cost was more than a point cut i bought at another store.

Price was not high for a large corned beef prepared for cooking. Good flavor, tender and not very much fat.
