I cook this in the crockpot and comes out amazing! However, lately the last few briskets have been fattier than usual.

Turned my daughter-in-laws onto this. Lean choice. Works amazingly an Insta Pot! Just add MembersMark mashed potatoes and some sauerkraut. Delicious.

I sorted through 6-8 packages to find the leanest cut. Most had lots of fat both on top layer and marbled within. Cooked up well in my Instant Pot.

It had a very odd taste. It didn't have a good corned beef taste. It cost was more than a point cut i bought at another store.

Affordable good quality meat that came out to be very tasty after about 8 hrs in the slow cooker. Will buy this again!

Price was not high for a large corned beef prepared for cooking. Good flavor, tender and not very much fat.

It was a nice cut of meat. The only thing I felt it needed was a little more flavor. It had the basic corned beef taste, but it was rather mild.

Very tender. Followed the package cooking instructions. Temperature and timing for oven cooking was perfect.

Delicious! I bought one from another store and the quality of this brand was better. I'll have to try to remember for next year.

This brisket was slightly over 4# and cooked up really nicely. I think the quality of the brisket was excellent!
